Project summary:
An investigation into the development of standard classifications to serve as minimum norms and standards in the areas of indicators, data sources and a data co-ordination framework for effective results-based monitoring and evaluation at subnational level. It involved an examination of the practices of multi and bi-lateral international institutions, the development of norms and standards in the areas of indicators, data sources and data co-ordination for the National Development Plan and its implications at sub-national level.
