Project summary:
This involved an analysis of the development and implementation of Delivery Agreements for each of the 12 Outcomes, including the development of a knowledge management systems roadmap. The facilitation of inter- and intra-departmental and multi-stakeholder relations formed an integral part of the briefs. A road map for an integrated knowledge management (IKM) system was also developed in 2012.
This involved rendering technical support for senior departmental planners and monitoring and evaluation practitioners and stakeholders in facilitating the crafting of delivery agreements for each of the 12 Outcomes identified in the Medium Term Strategic Framework (MTSF) and its implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
