Technical advice to ACAOSA/NADCAO on the development of a Constitution for the Association of Community Advice Offices of South Africa and protocols such as minimum norms and standards, a code of conduct that CAOs applying for membership should comply with to facilitate access to justice. Currently facilitating structured relations between the capacity building collective of service providers and ACAOSA.
